1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all our products are made-to-order, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect color selection.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@freshfitandglow.com, and we’ll be happy to help.


2. How long does shipping take?
Processing time: 3–7 business days
US delivery: 5–10 business days after production
International delivery: 10–20 business days after production
Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.


3. Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.


4. Where do you ship from?
We work with Print-on-Demand partners with fulfillment centers in the US and internationally.
Your order may ship from the location closest to your delivery address.


5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at support@freshfitandglow.com.
If your order hasn’t entered production, we may be able to update the address.
If it has already gone into production or shipped, unfortunately, we can’t change it.


6. Do you offer custom designs?
At the moment, we do not offer custom design requests.
All products are created and fulfilled based on our official brand designs.


7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within the first 2 hours after placing them, as production starts quickly.


8. What kind of products do you sell?
We specialize in self-care and fitness-inspired apparel and lifestyle accessories, featuring motivational, wellness, and skincare-themed designs.

10. How can I track my order?
You can track your order anytime using the “Track Order” link in the footer of our website.
Enter your order number and the email address you used during checkout.

🕐 Orders usually take 2–4 business days to process before they ship.
